**If I could give more than five stars, I would.** I have been meaning to write this review because the care I received from Jan and Blaine Alexandre and their team was genuinely exceptional. When I first called, I was in a state of distress. My ear was completely plugged, I couldn't hear properly, and I didn't know what was happening or whether I was actually losing my hearing. I was scared. **Eroca**, who answered my call, was extraordinary. She didn't rush me or make me feel like I was overreacting. She slowed everything down, listened to me, and responded with such genuine compassion and empathy. She understood that I was worried and found a way to get me in that same week, even if it was only for a few minutes, so that someone could look at my ear and tell me what was going on. They checked my ear right away, reassured me that it was plugged, and then booked me in to have it properly taken care of and flushed. From that first phone call through to the appointment itself, the entire experience was outstanding. There is something I especially want to say about this business: **this kind of service is becoming incredibly rare.** It wasn't just efficiency or professionalism. It was kindness. It was compassion. It was recognizing that someone was frightened and taking the extra time to make that person feel safe and cared for. The level of care I received was above and beyond anything I have experienced in Kamloops. Eroca's compassion on that first call meant more to me than she probably realizes, and the care I received afterward only reinforced what a special business Jan and Blaine have created. You can teach procedures and processes. You cannot easily teach people to genuinely care about other people. **This team does.** Thank you, Eroca, Jan, Blaine, and the entire team. I will never forget how you treated me when I was scared and needed help. **Five stars doesn't feel like enough.**

I haven’t had new hearing aids in over six years and frankly I’m amazed at how different they are. This new technology works well; the sound is natural, not tinny at all! When you already have to work to listen anything that hinders your hearing is a huge annoyance. These hearing aids are extremely comfortable, you hardly notice them and there’s no feedback to contend with.  
I have been a customer of Kamloops Hearing Aid Centre for the past eight years.The staff have always shown a keen interest in helping me hear better and with their up to date knowledge and approachability I don’t ever feel like I’m putting them out when I ask questions.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kamloops Hearing Aid Centre to anyone looking to improve their hearing!

I find that I don’t even notice they are there; they are so comfortable and sound so natural that I often go to bed with them on. I have had hearing aids for five years and was sceptical of the behind the ear style of hearing aid because I did not want people to notice I was wearing them. I wear my new aids all the time. They are 1000% more clear than my old aids.
